Sometimes, the faculty or department needing special applications must pay licensing costs.&nbsp; Please make your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtsu.edu\/businesslab\/softwarerequest_form\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"39\">request<\/a> a few days in advance to allow enough time to obtain and install the software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptop Loaners&nbsp;<br><\/strong>Students taking at least one Business course and Faculty within the College of Business can rent laptops directly from our computer lab. &nbsp;For more information, check out our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtsu.edu\/businesslab\/laptoploaner_form\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"42\">Laptop Loaner Program<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Printing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B\/W Printing<\/strong><br>We have six HP Laserjet printers in the main lab and one in each of the two demo labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Color Printing<br><\/strong>Limited color printing is also available to all lab patrons for educational purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Copy Machine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have a copy machine available for student use! Please utilize it for academic purposes and be considerate of others around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scanning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Document scanning is available at the ADA Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Study Pods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Study Hub offers four study pods equipped with group study technology. Each pod has a max capacity of 4 and includes a screen-share TV, a charging station, a high-speed ethernet port, and light &amp; temperature controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The BAS S137 has 24 Dell Gaming computers for students&#8217; use with 24&#8243; widescreen monitors. There are also 24 Dell academic computers. Users must switch the monitor and keyboard to use with the respective computer.\u00a0This room is also available by reservation for classes and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reservable Spaces (Demo Labs and Team Study Room)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have three lab rooms available for those requesting meeting spaces that require technology. \u00a0Our two demo labs (S137E and S137F) are only available to all faculty and sponsors.
