Open to all Freshman\/First-Year students, this 8-week program&nbsp;covers it all! Great for those who played sports in high school and are looking to maintain a structured fitness routine all the way to those who have no experience in a gym. We have trainers that share all types of fitness backgrounds and experiences, and we pride ourselves on creating welcoming programs for everyone!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will meet for 1 hour every week at the Rec Center and&nbsp;focus on a different workout format each week\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Day\/time you meet will be scheduled based on your availability provided at registration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups will be 4-6 people and you can request to be in a group with friends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There will be no sessions the week of Fall Break<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow nutrition basics and ask questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For questions beyond their knowledge, they will connect you with the free Registered Dietitian on campus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\"><strong>Cooking Demonstrations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-compact-list\">\n<li>You will be able to pick from a variety of menu options in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dietary needs will be collected ahead of time to make sure everyone can enjoy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Days\/times to be
