The&nbsp;<strong>renter is financially responsible<\/strong>&nbsp;for all equipment in their possession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservation Process:<ul><li>Gear is rented on a first-come, first-serve basis, and although we have a large inventory and walk-up rentals are allowed, we encourage you to make advanced reservations to guarantee the gear you need. You can make reservations in person or over the phone and through the rental request form. The Rental Center phone number is 615-898-8335.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests submitted through the request form must be submitted&nbsp;<strong>at least one day prior<\/strong>&nbsp;to requested pick-up date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you pay in advance, we will have items ready for pickup on the first day of the rental, saving you time as it takes a little while to put things together<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to communicate a cancellation or to show up to rent equipment may result in loss of access to rental equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservations canceled 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, but reservations canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment returned late is&nbsp;charged at&nbsp;<strong>twice the daily rate for every day the equipment is late.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment is available to anyone in the MTSU community as well as the public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rental Rate Periods<\/strong>:&nbsp;<em>Daily<\/em>&nbsp;means one 24 hour period (available, M,T,TR, F) and&nbsp;<em>Weekend<\/em>&nbsp;means pickup on Friday and return Monday (during business hours). Pricing may vary as products and service prices change, and we will work on getting the lowest price possible for any lost or damaged gear that occurs during you rental.
