ABOUT INSTRUCTIONAL SESSIONS<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our trainers will teach you different exercises with or without equipment, tailored to your interests and level. They will also go over how to structure a basic workout and the programs and services we offer to support you. Sessions are 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those that are looking for feedback on certain exercises and techniques. Sessions will be about 30-minutes with one of our Fitness Staff Members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
