Greetings, Faculty Colleagues –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have one or more D2L course shells that you would like migrated to Canvas? We have a few more spots available to support you with custom course migration!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The previous batch of K16 custom course migrations are available in your Canvas account<\/a>. K16 migrated courses are clearly indicated as \u201cMigration\u201d on the course card in your Canvas account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still need your course(s) migrated from D2L to Canvas? We have some availability for additional K16 course migrations. The migration process takes 4-6 weeks, so we cannot guarantee that these courses will be migrated before the Fall 2026 term begins. If you’d like to submit a request for the final course migration, complete the K16 Migration Request Form<\/a> by June 12th<\/strong> for EACH course that needs to be migrated<\/strong>. You will need the course URL, Instructor name, M number, and Department for each course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if\/when your course is migrated by K16, it will not be \u201cready to go.\u201d Faculty need to review their migrated course content, quizzes, item banks, etc., and choose a layout for their courses in Canvas. If you’d like to migrate your own course content from D2L to Canvas, refer to the guidelines in this pdf<\/u><\/a> and video<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
