You may be able to write that paper from your favorite comfy perch.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/library.mtsu.edu\/grad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Library Resources for Graduate Students<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; The Walker Library understands that as a graduate student, you have needs that may not fit the typical undergraduate student. See this page to learn what is available specifically for you.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/w1.mtsu.edu\/studentsuccess\/tutoring.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tutoring Services<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; MTSU provides free tutoring services for any course in which you need assistance. You may also think about volunteering as a tutor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/writing-center.mtsu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Margaret H. Ordoubadian University Writing Center<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; The Writing Center is a great way to get valid feedback on your papers before you press submit. If you need help beginning or tweaking, they are here for you. You may also think about volunteering.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/w1.mtsu.edu\/testing\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Testing Services<\/a>&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/w1.mtsu.edu\/testing\/online.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Distance Education Test Center<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; Don&#8217;t let it confuse you; these are two separate testing centers, although, they are located in the same area. If you are preparing to take a Praxis, MCAT, or other high stakes exam, you will want to visit Testing Services. If you are taking a proctored exam for a&nbsp;distance learning course, DSST, or Microsoft Office exam, you need the Test Center.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mtsu.edu\/itd\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MTSU Information Technology Division Help Desk<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; The ITD Help Desk is always here if you have a technical\/computer issue. They can help you navigate financial aid, government paperwork, employment opportunities,&nbsp;and have peer advisors and sponsors available. Thank you for your service!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jac.mtsu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">June Anderson Center for Women and Nontraditional Students<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; The June Anderson Center (JAC) has many programs available for women and nontraditional students. Their goal is to support learning and personal development for women and adult students who generally work full-time, are married, have children, and other adult responsibilities. Visit their site to learn how they can support you.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dac.mtsu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Disability and Access Center<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; The Disability and Access Center (DAC) provides accommodation, access, and awareness services to students. The MTSU goal is to help students succeed, and DAC is here to work with you to construct an accommodation plan that is right\u00a0for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtsu.edu\/career\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MTSU Career Development Center<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; This is a great resource for active students or alumni who wish to receive career or internship advisement. If you need help finding what&nbsp;potential jobs work with your program&nbsp;or are looking for additional opportunities,&nbsp;make an appointment with a graduate consultant in the Career Center.&nbsp;MTSU students are also given an account to an employment\/internship resource called&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mtsu.joinhandshake.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Handshake<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/w1.mtsu.edu\/counseling\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Counseling Services<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; MTSU understands that life can throw some curveballs. Counseling Services is here to provide&nbsp;guided meditation and\/or stress reduction classes,&nbsp;short-term and grief counseling, and referral services are available. If you have a non-emergency situation and need assistance, the MTSU Police force is the best around. These fully qualified police officers are here to provide motorist assistance (i.e. if you&#8217;ve locked your keys in your car on campus), walk you to class or your car if you&#8217;re feeling nervous, and they patrol campus to keep us safe. Study, learn, and meet new people across campus and around the world. Contact the Education Abroad office to learn more about available courses\/locations, financial aid and scholarships, and see if studying abroad is right for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/w1.mtsu.edu\/idac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Intercultural and Diversity Affairs<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; Intercultural and Diversity Affairs&nbsp;holds organizations, programs, and scholarships for students including Heritage Month Awareness, LGBT+ inclusivity, The Black Collegian Magazine, and College Compass.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/involve.mtsu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Center for Student Involvement and Leadership<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; The Center for Student Involvement and Leadership (CSIL) is a fantastic place to start your involvement adventure. This office presents Connection Point events, weekend events, and is the mastermind behind many helpful programs across campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mtsu.edu\/sga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student Government Association<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; The Student Government Association (SGA) serves as the official liaison between the student body and administration. Involvement opportunities include the Student Senate, Election Commission, and the Homecoming Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amerdem.mtsu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American Democracy Project<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; The American Democracy Project (ADP) is a multi-campus initiative seeking to create intellectual and experiential understanding of civic engagement. Participate in registration drives, Constitution Day, and\/or the Campus Civic Summit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtsu.edu\/career\/careerevents-student\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MTSU Career Services Fair<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; Participate in the next big career fair and learn from individual career advising at Career Services.
