If you need to make a change to your regalia size after submitting the Intent to Graduate form, please contact Lyndsey Bennett in the College of Graduate Studies at askgrad@mtsu.edu.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mtsu-blocks-expandable-item accordion-item expandable-heading expandable-heading-faq\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"headingwhat-do-i-receive-at-cap-and-gown-pick-up\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapseRegaliawhat-do-i-receive-at-cap-and-gown-pick-up\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapseRegaliawhat-do-i-receive-at-cap-and-gown-pick-up\">What do I receive at cap and gown pick-up?<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapseRegaliawhat-do-i-receive-at-cap-and-gown-pick-up\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse expandable-content expandable-content-faq\" aria-labelledby=\"headingwhat-do-i-receive-at-cap-and-gown-pick-up\" data-bs-parent=\"#Regalia\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Undergraduate<\/strong>&nbsp;expected graduates earning a bachelor&#8217;s degree will receive a cap, gown and tassel with the graduation year drop.&nbsp;Bookstore staff will ask your height and weight at pickup to provide graduates with the appropriate gown size.&nbsp;The cap and gown are black in color, while the tassel is blue and white.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an&nbsp;<strong>undergraduate<\/strong>&nbsp;student qualifies for Latin Honors (determined by the <strong>Inclusive GPA<\/strong>), the stole will also be provided at pickup; Cum Laude (white), Magna Cum Laude (silver) or Summa Cum Laude (gold).&nbsp; See below in Ceremony FAQs for details regarding Latin Honors requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Masters and EDS<\/strong>&nbsp;expected graduates will receive a gown, cap, tassel with graduation year drop, and hood representing their program.&nbsp; Bookstore staff will ask your height and weight at pickup to provide graduates with the appropriate gown size.&nbsp; The cap and gown are black in color, while the tassel is blue and white.&nbsp; Graduates are responsible for putting on hoods the day of the ceremony.&nbsp; A mannequin will be available at the Bookstore during pickup displaying how to correctly drape the hood.&nbsp; Ceremony staff are unable to assist with hoods.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Doctoral<\/strong>&nbsp;graduates will be contacted by Phillips Bookstore staff several months prior to graduation for gown size.&nbsp; Regalia includes gown, hood, tam and gold tassel for all doctoral expected graduates.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mtsu-blocks-expandable-item accordion-item expandable-heading expandable-heading-faq\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"headingwhat-is-appropriate-to-wear-to-the-ceremony\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapseRegaliawhat-is-appropriate-to-wear-to-the-ceremony\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapseRegaliawhat-is-appropriate-to-wear-to-the-ceremony\">What is appropriate to wear to the ceremony?<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapseRegaliawhat-is-appropriate-to-wear-to-the-ceremony\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse expandable-content expandable-content-faq\" aria-labelledby=\"headingwhat-is-appropriate-to-wear-to-the-ceremony\" data-bs-parent=\"#Regalia\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you participate in the graduation ceremony, you must wear MTSU&#8217;s provided regalia as it is intended to be worn. Graduating seniors who are in the military may wear their uniforms in lieu of the academic cap and gown.&nbsp; It is recommended that you wear lighter, comfortable clothing as it can get warm in the graduation gown inside Murphy Center.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mtsu-blocks-expandable-item accordion-item expandable-heading expandable-heading-faq\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"headingcan-someone-else-pickup-my-regalia-if-i-cannot\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapseRegaliacan-someone-else-pickup-my-regalia-if-i-cannot\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapseRegaliacan-someone-else-pickup-my-regalia-if-i-cannot\">Can someone else pickup my regalia if I cannot?<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapseRegaliacan-someone-else-pickup-my-regalia-if-i-cannot\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse expandable-content expandable-content-faq\" aria-labelledby=\"headingcan-someone-else-pickup-my-regalia-if-i-cannot\" data-bs-parent=\"#Regalia\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unable to pick-up your regalia&nbsp;on the dates listed above,&nbsp;<strong>we encourage<\/strong>&nbsp;you to send someone else to pick it up for you.&nbsp; If someone else will be picking up your gown, you must provide your authorized person with a signed and dated statement from you, authorizing pick-up of your gown.&nbsp; Your note must list the expected graduate&#8217;s full name, MTSU M#, your height &amp;
