The fee for the ATC exam is $85. Your questionnaire must be completed prior to your exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements for ATC Physicals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-compact-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be registered MTSU student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must meet FAA qualifications for second class certificate .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must bring valid photo identification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be prepared to give urine sample during exam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requested that current FAA exam\/history be brought to the exam plus confirmation number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you should have any questions or would like to make an appointment call 898-2988.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scheduling an ATC Physical<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-compact-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must schedule an appointment by phone or in person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After scheduling appointment, go to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medxpress.faa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MedXPress website<\/a>\u00a0to fill out online medical history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medxpress.faa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MedXPress website<\/a>\u00a0and request an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check email for account information and assigned password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After medical history has been submitted, you will be given a confirmation number.
