Some foreign educational and recreational programs require a Health Clearance Assessment with physical exam for proof of wellness and may require laboratory testing, x-rays, or tuberculin skin testing prior to acceptance. If this is required please schedule a separate appointment for exam and testing and bring any required form(s) with you to your visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Post Travel Tuberculosis Testing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In order to protect students and employees at MTSU from exposure to tuberculosis, Health Services offers Tb testing for any student, faculty, or staff member after travel to any country having a high incidence of this disease. Tuberculosis skin testing is recommended 8-10 weeks after return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
