Charles M. Murphy Athletic Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Murphy Center opened on December 11, 1972 with a basketball game against Vanderbilt at 7:00 pm. The Monte Hale Arena is home to both men’s and women’s basketball and track teams. The Monte Hale Arena is also called the Murphy Center, and the Murphy Center is home to Athletics, Health and Human Performance, and Murphy Center Complex.
Annual events held at Murphy Center are the University’s Commencement ceremonies held each August, December, and May, University Convocation each August, TSSAA Girls and Boys Basketball Championships. In the past we have been host to Elvis Presley, KISS, The Judds, Garth Brooks, U2, Diana Ross, and Luther Vandross.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Indoor Track facility is located on the upper level of the Murphy Center, and has been host to numerous track meets, and has been host to the Sun Belt Indoor Track Championships every even year since 2002.
The arena seats 10,000 fans during basketball games, attracts a great fan base during indoor track meets, and it is still the ideal venue to host an event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alumni Memorial Gym<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Alumni Memorial Gym is home to Middle 乐播传媒入口 Volleyball and Health and Human Performance. Middle 乐播传媒入口 Volleyball hosts two tournaments each year during regular season, and the Sun Belt Conference Volleyball Championships were hosted in 2005 and 2010. Health and Human Performance classes and labs are also held in this venue.<\/p>\n\n\n

Johnny “Red” Floyd Stadium & Horace Jones Field<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Johnny “Red” Floyd Stadium and Horace Jones Field are home to the 乐播传媒入口’s football games. The 32, 000-seat stadium host home Division I football games each year, Drum Corps International, and Contest of Champions. Patrons and fans enjoy the use of Open Air Boxes, Club Level Seating, and Suites for the MT football games. The pressbox is another area in the stadium, and you can see the entire city of Murfreesboro from the Press Level of the stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Granville “Buck” Bouldin Tennis Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Bouldin Tennis Center is home to the men’s and women’s tennis teams and Health and Human Performance tennis classes. There are 14 courts divided between MT Tennis and Health and Human Performance. MT Tennis host the Pro Am, Buck Bouldin Tennis Classic, and Sun Belt Shootout annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Reese Smith Field & Stephen B. Smith Clubhouse & Indoor Training Facility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Reese Smith Field and Stadium is home to the Middle 乐播传媒入口 baseball. Reese Smith Stadium was officially dedicated on April 12, 1983 with a game against Vanderbilt. There was a renovation in 1989 to increase seating and to make the park more fan friendly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In 1998 the Stephen B. Smith Clubhouse and Indoor Training Facility was opened. The Clubhouse features hardwood floors, a lounge area, and offices for the baseball staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A new baseball facility was build, Reese Smith , Jr. Field, was opened with its first game on February 20, 2009.
      The Sun Belt Baseball Tournament was hosted at Reese Smith, Jr. Field in May 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      MT Softball Complex<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Softball Complex is home to the Middle 乐播传媒入口 softball. The softball field was built in 1994, but the renovated complex was unveiled on April 18, 2006. We have hosted the Sun Belt Softball Tournament and the 乐播传媒入口-Kentucky All Star game at the complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Dean A. Hayes Track & Soccer Stadium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Hayes Track & Soccer Stadium is home to Middle 乐播传媒入口 track and soccer teams. The soccer field was opened with a match against 乐播传媒入口 Tech on October 14, 1998. On May 8, 2009, the stadium was officially name the Dean A. Hayes Track & Soccer Stadium, and at the same time we were hosting the 2009 Sun Belt Outdoor Track Championships. We will host the 2011 Sun Belt Track Outdoor Track Championships in May, and the 2011 Sun Belt Soccer Championships in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Kennon Hall of Fame<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Rose and Emmett Kennon Hall of Fame opened in October of 2004 and serves as a campus home to returning Blue Raider athletic alumni. Pre-game receptions for alumni athletes, as well as other Varsity Club events and the annual Blue Raider Sports Hall of Fame Induction are held here. When visiting the Hall of Fame you will learn about student-athletes who have made MTSU history during their collegiate careers as Blue Raiders. The Hall of Fame is a state of the art venue that is informative as well as entertaining to all who visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
