Meazure Learning owns both Examity and ProctorU, and they have discontinued Examity. So now, MTSU and all of Meazure Learning&#8217;s other university clients will use ProctorU.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meazure Learning and our ITD colleagues are working hard to integrate ProctorU into D2L.&nbsp;If you don\u2019t need a proctored exam in the next 10 days or so, please wait. <strong>They hope to have the integration complete by February 14th<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instructions if you need an online proctored exam immediately<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You <strong>should not<\/strong> set up exams for your entire semester in ProctorU at this time. Set up only the exams you need right now.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creating an Exam&nbsp;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To create a ProctorU proctored exam, go to \u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/go.proctoru.com\/session\/new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>go.proctoru.com<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>and create your account.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You must use your MTSU email address<\/strong> so that this account is synced with other future exams you create.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you are logged into your ProctorU account, you will <a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360040702432-How-to-Enter-An-Exam-through-Your-ProctorU-Account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">follow this process<\/a> to add exams.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students taking proctored exams will also create a ProctorU account <strong>using their MTSU email address<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>During the proctored exam:&nbsp;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The ProctorU \u201cReview+\u201d proctoring begins with a live proctor getting the student into the exam.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your student is in the exam, the live proctoring person will exit and cannot interrupt during the session.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The proctor will review the session and add incidents after the fact.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the student needs help, they have 24\/7 student support, but a live proctor will not be in the exam the entire time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student support&nbsp;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students taking proctored exams will also create a ProctorU account <strong>using their MTSU email address<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is the link for students <span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/25557846449037-How-to-Get-Started-with-the-ProctorU-Platform\" target=\"_blank\">how<\/a><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/25557846449037-How-to-Get-Started-with-the-ProctorU-Platform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> to get started with ProctorU<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">Students can access the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/categories\/115001818507-Test-Taker-Library\" target=\"_blank\">Test-taker library for additional student resources<\/a><\/span>.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Most of the articles students will need will be under Scheduling, Equipment Requirements, and Help and General.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If students need assistance, <a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/requests\/new\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/requests\/new\">please have them contact the 24\/7 support team by phone, chat, or email<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As I mentioned, this is a temporary solution.
