All proctored activities are accessed through D2L.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will need a computer with a&nbsp;<strong>camera<\/strong>&nbsp;and your&nbsp;<strong>student ID<\/strong>&nbsp;to take the exam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps to accessing your Proctored activity through D2L and ProctorU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- <strong>Do<\/strong> <strong>Not<\/strong> go to the ProctorU website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- <a href=\"https:\/\/go.proctoru.com\/registrations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Create your ProctorU Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- Download and install the <a href=\"https:\/\/guardian.meazurelearning.com\/\">Guardian Browser<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- <a href=\"https:\/\/go.proctoru.com\/users\/3425357\/system-metrics\/new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Test Your Equipment<\/a> to make sure your hardware is compatible with ProctorU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- Find an Acceptable Space to Take Your Exam. The environment needs to be quiet, well-lit, and away from other people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6- You must have a front-facing camera to complete the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360057663591-How-to-Perform-a-Monitor-Scan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">monitor scan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7- Use a fast and reliable internet connection. The workspace area needs to be free of all materials other than&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/115011621827-What-do-I-need-to-have-for-my-exam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Materials Allowed During Your Exam<\/strong><\/a>. Using a hard surface for a workspace is required; beds or couches are not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Become Familiar with Materials Required for Your Exam<\/strong><br>Review your course syllabus and review the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.proctoru.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/115011621827-What-do-I-need-to-have-for-my-exam\"><strong>List of Required Materials<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;you will need to begin your exam.
