This move eliminates the need to constantly pay rental fees each time the University needs a mobile stage. The truck stage made its first appearance at the Blue Raider Athletic Association\u2019s annual donor celebration in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ed Arning, senior director for market development, is eager to discuss providing this new truck stage to any and all interested. Contact him at ed.arning@mtsu.edu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Event Productions is responsible for producing all major University events, as well as events for colleges, departments, centers, and other groups and individuals at the University, and off-campus events sponsored by University groups, upon request. These events include concerts, major announcements, fraternity and sorority events, Board of Trustees meetings, Commencement ceremonies, athletic events, signature events, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Event Productions also remains one of the largest and most impactful student employment programs at MTSU, employing more than 250 students annually and taking great pride in teaching the trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the past year, the department has supported over 550 campus events, including delivering production for MTSU&#8217;s Signature Event featuring GloRilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Event Productions also provided production support throughout the Blue Raider football and basketball seasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through these efforts, the department provides students with real-world experience while delivering professional production services to the University and the surrounding community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">True Blue TV, meanwhile, provides viewers with diverse and accessible programming, including closed-captioning, livestreaming of important MTSU events, encoring Blue Raider athletic competitions, featuring professional development content for ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Èë¿Ú K\u201312 educators, and working with community partners such as Murfreesboro.com, WGNS Radio, Ryman Entertainment, Smyrna High School&#8217;s film and television students, and the Center for Educational Media at MTSU, to create exceptional content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find True Blue TV on Xfinity 9 and 1096, our free iOS and Android phone apps, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, ATT U-verse, DTC Telecom 196, and mtsu.edu\/truebluetv.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>True Blue TV Event Productions recently purchased a state-of-the-art truck stage to serve the campus community, first and foremost, but also to assist regional clients.
