• If you have a complaint against an MTSU student for sexual misconduct, harassment, or discrimination, you should contact the Office of Student Care and Conduct or [email protected].
• If you have a complaint against an MTSU faculty or staff member or visitor for sexual misconduct, harassment, or discrimination, you should contact the Assistant to the President for Civil Rights Compliance/Title IX Coordinator at [email protected].
• If you have a complaint against an MTSU student, coach, or administrator for sexual misconduct, harassment, or discrimination, you may contact the Senior Associate Athletic Director/Senior Women’s Administrator or [email protected].
• Gender Equity in Athletics: If you have a complaint about gender equity in MTSU athletics programs, you should contact the Senior Associate Athletics Director/Senior Women’s Administrator, who is responsible for Title IX Compliance in matters related to gender equity in MTSU athletics programs, or [email protected], Title IX Coordinator.
