Protocol Modifications

Modification Instructions:

• Login to聽
• Under 鈥淢y Studies鈥� select the study that you want to modify
• Click on the 鈥淣ew Submission鈥� button
• From the menu, choose 鈥淢odification鈥�
• Click “Edit” to open your approved protocol
• Make the modifications to your protocol
• When you are finished click 鈥淐omplete Submission鈥�
• After completing the submission make sure to certify
  • Certification by the PI (and potentially Co-PIs) is required for the submission to proceed to review.

NOTE: Do not implement any changes to your study until the review process is completed and
your modification is approved by the IRB.
