Location: Student Union Ballroom
Poster Session and judging: 10-11:30am
Lunch (Italian buffet) and creative performances: 11:30am-12:30pm
Awards Ceremony: 12:30pm-1:00pm
Poster Tear Down: After awards ceremony has concluded.
Check-In
Please arrive to check in between 9:30-9:45am. The check-in desk will be located at the top of the staircase outside of the ballroom. At check in, you will receive your t-shirt and poster number.
Poster Printing
ORSP will print 1 free poster for each project if it is submitted within the printing timeframe. Be sure to follow the poster guidelines. We cannot reprint if there are errors on the poster; any reprints will be the responsibility of the presenter.
Posters can be submitted for printing between February 25-March 13. You must register for a submission time slot to have your poster printed for free at Blue Print.

Step 2) on or before your submission time slot.
The submission time is simply a reservation time to submit your poster for printing, not the pickup time. Blue Print will reach out to you by email to let you know when your poster is ready for pick up. Posters can be picked up at the Greenland BluePrint office location.
Be sure to bring a trifold poster board and clips to set up your poster to the event. We have a limited number of trifolds and clips available to lend, so if you need to borrow, please respond to this email and let us know as soon as possible.
Attire
Presenters should dress in business attire.
Judging and Awards
Judging will take place during the poster presentations. The awards ceremony will begin at 12:30. The College deans will present awards to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for undergraduate and graduate presenters. Be sure to stick around for the ceremony! Please do not take your poster down until the award ceremony has concluded.
