ABOUT
Fresh to MTSU and聽interested in fitness, nutrition, and wellness? Open to all Freshman/First-Year students, this 8-week hybrid program聽covers it all! Groups will be 4-6 people (you can request to be in a group with friends!)
Great for those who have no experience in a gym, to those who played sports in high school and are looking to maintain a structured fitness routine. We have trainers with a wide range of fitness backgrounds and experiences, and we pride ourselves on creating welcoming programs for everyone!
