Registration Issues

We are having issues with Group Fitness registration through the Campus Rec App. If you are unable to register in the app, you can register directly at in a browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.

MTSU Student, Faculty, and Staff: Be sure to click the teal “MTSU Student & Employee Login” button on the Rec Portal. More guidance is available below under “Steps.”

General Information

  • Registration for classes opens 48 hours before the class start time
  • Registration is needed each time you attend a class
  • If you are coming in as a guest with a member, see the Group Fitness Guest information in the Passes & Pricing section below.

Steps

  1. Visit the 
  2. Click 鈥淪ign In”
    • MTSU Students/Faculty/Staff: click the teal 鈥淢TSU Student & Employee Login” button and login with your MFA credentials (see image)
    • Other Members: Log in with the email address associated with your account
  3. Select 鈥淔itness,鈥� then click 鈥淕roup Fitness鈥� from the drop-down
  4. Click on the class you want to sign-up for, the scroll down to the date and time you are looking for
  5. Click 鈥淩egister,鈥� add any other classes you want to sign up for, then click 鈥淐heckout鈥�
  6. Complete the entire checkout process
    • If you are a student or have purchased a Group Fitness Pass for the semester, there will be no charge and you will proceed through the checkout process without payment
    • If you have not purchased a Group Fitness Pass, you will be charged the Single Class Fee and will pay in the checkout process
  7. You will receive a confirmation and receipt email to your MTSU email

Guest Registration

Review the About Us webpage for Guest Pass information. You must have an active Campus Recreation membership or Guest Pass to register and attend classes. They will have to pay the Guest Pass Fee plus purchase the Single Class Pass.

Guests who have purchased a Guest Pass can attend with their Member Sponsor at the Single Class rate listed under “Other MTSU Campus Rec Members Cost.” The Member Sponsor must also be attending the class. Make sure to arrive early, as this can take up to 10 minutes at peak times.

Cancellation

  1. Visit the 
  2. Sign in (instructions above)
  3. Click on your name in the upper right corner and select 鈥淧rofile鈥�
  4. On a phone: Click the drop-down box that says 鈥淧rofile鈥� at the top, then select 鈥淧rogram Registrations鈥�
    On a computer:     Look at menu on the left (under your picture) and select 鈥淧rogram Registrations鈥�
  5. Find the class you鈥檇 like to cancel and click the 3 dots on the right end of the row (you may need to scroll over to the right on your phone)
